Welcome to Meala, a service operated by Bumble Drone Inc. doing business as Apis Dynamics ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Meala ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Meala allows users to upload UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) flight log data for analysis and insight. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for any activity under your account.
By uploading UAV flight logs or other data ("User Content") to Meala, you represent that you have the legal right to do so. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to process and analyze it to provide the Service.
We may use anonymized flight data and usage behavior (such as feature interaction, frequency of use, and other engagement metrics) to improve our services and for internal marketing and research purposes. This information will not include any personally identifiable information.
If the Service is provided on a subscription basis, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Prices and terms will be displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to): reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interference with other users, or uploading harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Meala at any time for violation of these Terms or for maintenance and upgrades.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

At Meala, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Bumble Drone Inc. may use anonymized UAV flight data and user interaction patterns to improve service performance, conduct analytics, and inform marketing strategies.
We do not share your uploaded UAV flight logs with third parties. Aggregated or anonymized data may be shared for research, analytics, or marketing, but it will never identify you or your UAVs.
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure storage solutions.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict our processing under applicable law.
Meala is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
